Chef Mark's education includes QQI Level 6 courses in Professional Cookery, International Cuisine and Food Hygiene from Coláiste Íde and a Bachelor's degree in Game Development & Animation from the National College of Ireland. His work experience spans Michelin-starred restaurants like One Pico and corporate giants like Google Ireland, showcasing his versatility and dedication to culinary excellence.
